OMG!! I can see the difference :OOOO
i’m soooooooooooooooo happy <333
NEVER ever starve yourself! Please, love and treat your body well, you deserve more than being hungry. Life is so much more than hunger. If you want to loose weight, do sports and eat clean, it will make you feel good and look good. I am on my journey now to get fit and strong. It helps me a lot to accept my body. I hated myself. But thats denying myself. I dont want to deny myself anymore. My body is the only one I have, I cannot change my shape, I can only love myself and stay healthy with sports and food. Life is good, I found back to real happiness. Starving wont make you happy, its an illusion. And if you like the left picture better than the right, then you should maybe think about if you have a distorted idea of beauty. Mine was distorted. It’s a long way out of this vicious circle. But as soon as you’r out, you notice that there is so much more worth living for.
If you have questions about clean eating, losing weight, fitness or how I recovered from anorexia, just go on my blog and ask me.
Be blessed and stay strong. Love, Bezi.
